Use Of The Service

Community Registration is intended for authorized event, community response, registration, missing person, and transport intake workflows. Use the service only for legitimate response or administrative purposes.

Accurate Information

Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit information you know to be false, misleading, or unrelated to the active event or response effort.

Administrative Access

Administrative features are restricted to authorized users. Administrators are responsible for configuring forms, QR codes, API settings, and access controls appropriately for each event.

Emergency And Medical Disclaimer

This service supports intake and coordination workflows. It does not replace emergency services, medical judgment, or official incident command procedures. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency response authority.

Connected Services

The service may submit information to configured third-party or agency systems, including Pulsara. Use of those systems may be governed by separate agreements, policies, and operational rules.

These terms may be updated as the service and deployment model evolve. Continued use of the service after updates means the updated terms apply.
